Yes, all products sold on our website are 100% original and directly provided by SAPPUN Indonesia

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel it. Please double-check all information before completing your purchase

Shipping Information

How long does delivery take?

For local (Indonesia) deliveries, shipping takes approximately 2–5 business days depending on your area

Which courier services do you use?

We partner with trusted courier services such as JNE, Sentral Cargo, Paxel and others to ensure reliable delivery

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and will be shown during checkout. Free shipping is available under certain conditions or during special promotions

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via orders menu on the website

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days after the product is received, as long as the item is unused and in original packaging. Please read our return policy for more details

Who will cover the return shipping cost?

For exchanges due to size or preference, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer. If the item is incorrect or damaged, we will cover the shipping cost

How long does the return/exchange process take?

Once we receive the returned item, processing will take approximately 3–5 business days

Do you offer any promo codes or discounts?

Yes, we offer special promotions from time to time. Please subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates

How do I use a voucher code?

You can enter your voucher code at the checkout page before making payment. Ensure the code is still valid and meets the terms and conditions

Can I use multiple voucher codes in one transaction?

No. Only one voucher code may be used per transaction, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

I haven’t received a payment confirmation. What should I do?

Please allow a few minutes after completing your payment. If the confirmation does not appear within an hour, contact our customer service with your payment proof

Offline Stores

Does SAPPUN have any offline stores in Indonesia?

Yes, we currently have official SAPPUN stores located in selected malls in Indonesia. Coming soon..

Can I try on the shoes at the offline store?

Absolutely. Our offline stores provide fitting areas and our staff will assist you in choosing the right size and style

Are the prices in the store the same as online?

In general, prices are the same. However, certain promotions or discounts may be exclusive to either online or offline channels

Can I pick up an online order at the offline store?

Currently, store pickup is not yet available. All online orders are shipped directly to your address. We will notify customers once in-store pickup becomes available

Are all items shown online also available in stores?

Our offline stores carry a curated selection of our collection. For full availability and size options, we recommend checking our online store
