How to Register
Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.
[Account Deactivation]First, log in through the SNS account button you wish to delete from the login page. After logging in, click on the profile button at the bottom of the My Page. Then click the [Close Account] button at the bottom. The process of account deactivation and member information deletion will commence.
How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member account/ email.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:

Shipping
- We currently only provide shipping via JNE with the following available services: JNE Regular and JNE YES
- Shipping Area : Indonesia
- Shipping Rate : Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight
- Shipping From: All orders are processed and shipped from our Online Center Warehouse located in Daan Mogot, Tangerang
- Warehouse Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
(Closed on Sundays and national holidays) - Delivery Estimate: Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days, depending on your location and the selected JNE service
- Insurance Notice: Please note that shipping fees currently do not include insurance coverage. We recommend contacting us if you wish to request insured delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
At SAPPUN Indonesia, we accept return or exchange requests within 3 days after the product is received
You may request a return or exchange for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size
- Defective product
- Other product-related issues
Please contact our customer service for any concerns or solutions regarding your item.
Return shipping fees:
- If the return is due to personal preference (e.g. changing size or model), the shipping cost will be fully borne by the customer
- If the product is damaged or has a defect, SAPPUN Indonesia will cover all shipping fees related to the return
To process your return request smoothly, please provide the following:
- Unboxing video
- Clear video and photos showing the issue with the product
These will help our team quickly identify the problem and provide a solution. Our customer service team will also suggest the most suitable courier service for the return shipment.
Refunds
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer’s billing schedule.
