How long can I request an exchange or return after receiving the product?
  • You have up to 3 days after receiving your package to contact us. If it’s been more than 3 days, we’re sorry, we can’t process your request
Can I exchange my item?

Yes! You can request an exchange if:

  • You got the wrong item
  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You need a different size

What you can exchange for:

  • A different size of the same item
  • A different item with the same size & price
  • A more expensive item (you just pay the difference)

Please Note

  • You cannot exchange for an item that is cheaper than the original
  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, with tags still attached
Can I return my item and get a refund?

We only allow returns for a refund if:

  • The item is wrong or defective
  • We don’t have a replacement in stock

You can’t return if:

  • You just changed your mind
  • You don’t like the color, design, or style
  • The item has been used, washed, or has no tags
  • You don’t send an unboxing video showing the sealed package
  • You contact us after 3 days

Please Note

  • If approved, your refund will be processed in 3–5 business days after we receive the item
Who pays for shipping?
  • You pay if you’re exchanging because of personal reasons (like wrong size)
  • We pay if the mistake was on our side (wrong or damaged item)
